We are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient and persevering person, oriented towards self-improvement, continuous learning and growth alongside a team of professionals.

You need to have primary accounting and document management knowledge, advanced PC operating knowledge, always be optimistic and collaborative, but firm when necessary. We are passionate professionals and we can be difficult sometimes, wanting to deliver the highest quality in the promised terms. So, you will need to help us, being flexible and understanding, and sometimes knowing how to manage stressful situations for the entire team.

On an average day you will:

• Have administrative and organizational tasks of team activities;
• Deal with primary accounting and managing the relationship with accounting and administrative partners;
• Have secretarial tasks: creating and managing documents, maintaining the record of internal documents;
• Issue invoices and follow-up payments;
• Facilitate the cooperation between innerpride and clients / partners from an administrative point of view;
• Create offers, presentations and necessary documents related to clients and partners;
• Provide protocol in the scheduled meetings;
• Provide support for various team activities and maintaining good communication between company departments;
• Organize work events and meetings from an administrative perspective;
• Create reports and records regarding the tasks and administrative situation of the company;
• Create and maintain the program and agenda for the manager, team and assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Primary accounting knowledge;
• Very good PC operating knowledge (Microsoft Office in particular);
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
• English.
